A custom ruby engagement ring begins with the stone. Once you have an understanding of the colour, clarity, and size you are looking for, the setting can be developed around those specific qualities rather than adapted from a standard template.   • Design development - once a stone is chosen, we develop the setting design. Technical renders are provided before any work proceeds, so you can see how the finished ring will look with the specific stone you have selected. 
  • Completion and certification - the finished ring is accompanied by documentation covering the stone's origin, treatment status, and quality characteristics. 

A custom commission typically takes four to six weeks from design approval to completion. We welcome enquiries at any stage of the process - including those who are still forming a view of what they want.
