At Gemstone Western Australia, we want every piece you purchase to bring joy. If your order isn’t quite right, you can return standard products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be pristine, unused, and undamaged. Pieces showing wear or altered by anyone other than our expert team will not be accepted.
Custom creations or modified items—including changes to engraving, ring size, or other personalised adjustments—are excluded from returns.
All jewellery, loose gemstones, and diamonds must be returned with their original laboratory and grading certificates. Missing paperwork will incur a $150–$600 replacement fee depending on the document.
