Shipping

Every order is tracked, requires a signature on delivery and is packaged discreetly so it does not appear to contain jewellery. We ship with trusted carriers including Australia Post, DHL and FedEx.

Australia – Free Express Shipping

All orders within Australia ship free by express post, fully insured, and usually arrive in 2–4 business days.

New Zealand – A$50

Tracked shipping to New Zealand is A$50 per order, with delivery in 5–7 business days.

International – A$150

Tracked international shipping is A$150 per order. Estimated delivery is 6–7 business days to the USA and around 7 business days to other destinations.

Insurance, Duties and Taxes

New Zealand and international shipping does not include insurance. Transit insurance can be added for 3% of the order value – please note it at checkout or email luis@gemstoneswa.com.au before dispatch. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
