We can make something along the same lines for you. Tell us which design caught your eye and we'll source a comparable gemstone, then adapt the setting to your hand, your budget and your taste. Most commissions take four to six weeks from the first sketch.

It usually starts with a conversation, either at the shop at 82 King Street in the Perth CBD or by email, and you're welcome to arrive with a photo, an inherited stone, or nothing but an idea. From there we'll show you loose gemstones in person and talk you through what you're looking at, explaining colour, clarity, origin and treatment in plain language, so the choice is yours and not ours. Once you've settled on a stone we design the piece in house and show it to you before a single gram of gold is poured. Then it's made: cast and finished in our own workshop, set locally, and checked by a qualified gemmologist before it reaches your hands.

We make engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, earrings and bracelets in 18K yellow, white and rose gold, in 9K gold and in platinum 950. Our specialties are Colombian emeralds, Australian teal and parti sapphires, unheated rubies, natural alexandrite and GIA-certified diamonds. We also remodel jewellery you already own, taking a stone out of a ring that sits in a drawer and giving it a setting you'll actually wear.

There's a qualified gemmologist (FGAA) on site, so you'll know exactly what you're buying and why it's priced the way it is. Our emeralds come directly through four generations of family trade in Colombia, which is unusual in Australia and shows in the colour. Everything is designed and made here in Perth rather than sent offshore, and certification and valuation are available with every piece.
